We follow the Victorian educator-to-child ratio requirements:
1:4 for children under 3 years of age
1:11 for children aged 3 years and over
We are proud to maintain these ratios to ensure high-quality care, active supervision, and meaningful engagement for every child.

Our centre is supported by a warm, experienced, and professional team who are passionate about early childhood education.
We do not engage agency staff, all of our casual educators are personally recruited to ensure reliability, strong relationships, and continuity of care for our families.
-
We offer a variety of enriching opportunities to support children’s learning and development.
These include regular incursions and excursions, giving children the chance to explore new environments and participate in engaging, hands-on activities.
We also offer a dedicated Enrichment Program, building and nurturing children’s skills across Arts, Musica, Sportivo, Ballare, and Lingua. These experiences support creativity, communication, coordination, and cultural awareness.
-
At Treetop Early Learning, children’s safety and wellbeing is our highest priority.
To support active supervision, educators are required to store personal phones and smart watches in their lockers while on shift. We also ask families to refrain from using mobile phones in rooms and corridors.
Technology use within rooms is kept to a minimum. Children’s daily routines are recorded on the room’s daily board, with a photo uploaded to Storypark each evening to keep families informed. Daily reflections are handwritten in floor books and displayed outside each room.

As our centres are closed on public holidays, a 50% discount is applied to the gap fee for those days.
Please note that Child Care Subsidy (CCS) allows for up to 42 allowable absence days per financial year. Once this limit is reached, CCS will no longer be applied, and full fees will be payable.
-
We value family time and offer a 50% discount on your daily fee for up to four weeks of holiday leave per calendar year. We do ask for at least four weeks’ notice.

The government provides a subsidy for children attending kindergarten in a Long Day Care (LDC) setting, such as Treetop Early Learning, reducing your out-of-pocket costs.
This applies to both 3- & 4-year-old kindergarten.
Free Kinder is a maximum of $2,100* per calendar year for each child attending 15 hours plus per week.
It’s important to note that children can only receive Free Kinder funding at one service. Therefore, if you’re enrolled at multiple Kindergartens or Long Day Car (LDC) centres, you must nominate which service will receive Free Kinder funding.
For more information on Free Kinder, please visit the Victorian Government website.
